Status of the shipment

When the shipping will be executed (GLS), the costumer will get automatically an e-mail from our costumer service and from the courier, in which the costumer will be informed that the shipping is executed.

 

 Data of shipment 

Gateseven s.r.l. will use as shippment data the ones that the costumer provides at the purchase.

The costumer will have to check his data, showed in the confirmation e-mail, that the costumer will get after the purchase is completed. In case of any mistakes, the costumer can contact us : info@gateseven.it.

Gateseven s.r.l. won’t be held responsible for failed delivery due to:

  •   Wrong address
  • incomplete address (House number, postal code, street, city, holder)
  •  Absence at the time of the delivery.

 

Track your order:

For tracking your order you have to click to the link provided “Track your order” that you will find in your Confirmed order e- mail. N. B. by clicking to this link, you will be reconnected to the courier’s website, in which we don’t have any control

  Authorized delivery

When the order has been delivered, the client has to inspect carefully the bag or the package before sign for approved delivery If, for any reason, the package looks tampered with or the tape to secure isn’t preserved, the costumer is asked to sign with reservation or refuse the package.

In case the delivery has been accepted with a unauthorized sign or there are proofs that the package has been tampered, the client is asked to tell immediately what happened at the courier office and to contact us at :  info@gateseven.it

 Delivery Cost:

Standard delivery : it costs 4,99 in Italy

Cash on delivery: it costs 4,00. The cost of the cash on delivery will be add to the price of the delivery. In case of missed withdrawal penalties will be applied.

Important infos:
Our purpose is to carry out deliveries within the specified time frame,
however, the time frame could be subjected to changes since managed by third parties (couriers), the deliveries will be subjected to their times and working days. It will not be possible to modify the delivery address after the order confirmation. If you’re not there to take delivery of your package, an attempted-delivery notice will be left in your letter box. All of our products are sent from our head office, in Macerata, Campania (CE).

Timing:

The orders, ( completed with dates and payments ) will be taken in charge and delivered in three working days, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 – 13:30 / 15:00 – 18:30. The orders made during the week end will be taken in charge on Mondays.
