You will be satisfied or refunded in accordance to the Right of Withdrawal.

For the change whether for the refund, it is indispensable to have a contact with Gateseven s.r.l. before returning the items and to wait for our authorisation.

We won’t take charge of changes or the return without our previa authorisation.

Changeover process.

Write to resi@gateseven.it or call 0823 1875152 within 10 working days from the delivery date, specifying:

  • Your purchased products and the relative number of the order
  • The size you want.

Gateseven service will send you an e-mail with the authorisation.

Insert the items in their original package ( included labels) in a box or in a postal pack ( you can use the one in which the items have arrived) and assure that it is sealed properly.

Go to any expedition point and send the package to the address that you get in the e-mail. The delivery is at your expense, or we can plan a withdrawal with our courier, for an additional cost of  € 10,00.

As soon as the package will be back to our company, and after we assure the good condition of the items, we’ll provide to change the size.

N.B.: in case the item you asked for isn’t available at that moment, we will inform you and you can choose if you want to wait for it to be back or to receive a gift voucher valid for 30 days.

REFUND PROCEDURE 

NB: You cannot ask for refunding if the procedure of change has already started.

Write to resi@gateseven.it or call the number 0823 1875152 within 10 working days from the delivery date, specifying:

  • The items you purchased and the number order.
  • Why you want to ask for refunding.

Gateseven service will send you an authorisation e-mail.

The refund will be made through bank transfer or Pay-pal system, within a maximum of 30 working days.

It will be refund to you the price of the items, EXCLUDING: 

  • Shipping costs( equal to € 10,00)
  • operating costs (equal to 20% withhold on the price you paid)
  • Damaged item ( in case it is damaged, dirty or rigged) .
